Salchichón de Bellota 100% Ibérico Trufado Señorío de Montanera. Señorío de Montanera's 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Truffled Salchichón is made from carefully selected lean meats from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs. A gourmet product of exceptional quality, with the perfect balance between the characteristic elegant and unmistakable aroma of truffle and the intensity of the acorn flavour.

We carefully select the proportions of the ingredients from the best artisan sausages, which were made in the traditional slaughterhouses of southern Extremadura and whose formulas are now kept as one of our main assets. In addition to black pepper and nutmeg as the main spices of traditional salchichón, a new truffle touch is incorporated that gives it character and a unique flavour, designed for truffle lovers looking for intense flavours.

The result is a gourmet product of limited availability and exceptional quality, both for the lean meats used and for its preparation as well as for its traditional recipe that offers an unmistakable aroma and flavour.

It is presented vacuum-packed in half pieces in a canister case.
