Lomo de Presa de Bellota Ibérico (Lomito) Fisan. FISAN Bellota Pork Loin, our traditional “Lomito”, is characterized by its flavor, its soft texture and its deep aroma.

This tenderloin is made with Iberian Presa to which the traditional marinade for Artisanal Loin is added, which is based on paprika. At no point in its preparation is the meat frozen. Its careful curing is carried out in natural drying rooms, which gives it a marked character.
